In this article we will look at how to add interview stages to your recruitment workflow and how to create confirmation email templates.
Navigate to your recruitment workflow either via applicant's profile as shown below.
Or you can go to account settings -> job -> recruitment workflows.
Find where you would like to insert the interview stage and click the green plus icon.
Then select from scratch and enter the name for your interview stage.
Set the stage name and the a suitable milestone as shown below.
This will result in a new stage in your workflow.
We will now set up the confirmation email templates.
Edit the interview stage you have created by clicking on the cog wheel then edit.
Then create a new email template.
Give it a name press enter on your keyboard.
Then create your email template as normal. A couple of special tags to take note of would be the interview date, time and location tags you may want to work this into your email body.
