Unblocking an Account or User

If the below Account Settings page does not appear, progress to Employees/Users Page guide below step 3.

The Admin permission is required to access the account setting menu


Step 1. Click on your name in the top right corner and select "Account Settings."

Step 2. In the left menu, select "Users" then "User Settings." Search for the blocked user.

Step 3. Select the checkbox on the left-hand side and in the panel that opens, select "Unblock."

 

To unblock via Employees/Users Page:

Step 1. Select Employees/Users, located below the Employees navigation on the left hand side of your page.

Step 2. Search the user you would like to unblock and select the employee from the drop down menu

Step 3. Open the employees profile and select Unblock User from the right hand side of their profile
