This guide will show you how to create new users as well as showcase the different types of user categories.
Go to Account Settings -> User Settings -> User and click New User as shown below.
You will be presented with a number of options:
- Standard: these can login and be assigned roles.
- Collaborator and External Partner: these cannot sign in, but they can participate in approvals, candidate shares, etc., from specially designed pages. No one really uses External Partner, but if you do, if they participate in an approval workflow, the system records that the approver was external.
- Import users: Rather than adding users one by one, they can be added in bulk by uploading a spreadsheet:

When creating a standard user you will need to assign them a role which will dictate their level of access in Martian Logic.
