Submit Off-boarding Form
In this example we will look at how to off-board employees from Martian Logic.
Off-boarding an employee can be initiated from the Org Chart or the employee’s profile just like initiating a change of conditions process. For more information on how start the change of conditions process which also applied to the off-boarding process see UAT task Submit Change Of Conditions.

Irrespective of where you start the off-boarding process from you will see the Select a workflow window as shown below.
In our case we only have the one off-boarding workflow form so we will select that and click continue.
Our off-boarding form is quite simple. The field called Start / End / Effective Date is where will will input our employee’s last day of work, in this case it’s the 19th Jun 2024. This field will be present on all off-boarding workflow forms.
You may have other fields on your off-boarding form depending on your set up. In our case input when the resignation was received and indicate if the employee is suitable for re-hire in the future and if so and what level.
Then just like any other workflow form in Martian Logic like change of conditions and off approval for example you can submit the offboarding workflow form for approval or without approval depending on your set up.
