This article will cover how to submit contracts/mail merge documents for approval in Martian Logic.
We will now send Sam’s contract off to be signed and approved. Click the send for approval button to continue. If you do not see a Send For Approval button and instead see an I’m Done then this UAT task does not apply.
Depending on your account set up you could have one or multiple document approval workflows. Select a workflow to continue.
In this example we have our approve already auto assigned to the workflow. You may need to assign your approvers depending on your account set up. When the approvers have been assigned click the Start Approval button.
We will now see our document is in the pending approval state.
The approver will receive an email and an inbox in their Martian Logic inbox requesting them to approve the contract. Click on Action This Document to approve the contract.
