How to find & run reports. What different reports mean.
1. To access the reporting tool you will head over to the top right of the page (where your username is) and select Reports from the drop down menu.
2. Once you're in the reports tool, you will see the below. This page will show you a quick overview of some key points from recent jobs that have been posted.
To bring up the information press the little refresh button that sits next to Jobs Report.
3. The next important tab on this page would be the Progress Report. This will report, once generated, will show you information around time to fill a role, number of candidates, etc.
You will just need to press the Generate Report button and select from the time range, progressing stage and job status you wish to get this data from and the system will being to run the report.
4. The Stats report is generated very similarly to the progress report. It will also give you a large amount of data including time to fill but will also give you information around how many people have been hired, how many jobs listed, etc. This report will give you information on everything over a time bracket, as opposed to the progress report that gives you specific information on stages.
Similarly to the previous report, you will just need to input the date range you wish to grab the data from before pressing Submit.
5. The final report, the Placement Report, lists all the applications that were moved into "Placement" during the specified date period and remains in a "Placement" Category at the time when report was generated.
Once generated, you can just slide across the page to see the different key points of information.
You can download/export the Stats, Placement, Progress reports straight to your local drive via to Download button.
