How To Create Pack Templates

Creating pack templates to contain onboarding documents.

To create a new pack go to packs -> pack templates and click create new pack.

Then give the pack a name and click create.

If your pack is going to contain employment contracts to onboard new employees, change the pack type to new employee.

Now you need to add our documentation to our pack. To do this click add documents.

I'm going to select a contract from the merge document tab and add it to the pack.

Now I'm also going to add a fair work information statement, so click add documents again. The fair work information statement lives in the static documents tab, since we don't need to mail merge any data from the system into the document unlike a contract. Therefore it is called a static document, you would also use static documents for policies and procedure type documents typically.

We are also going to add the TFN and Super forms to our pack. You can find these in the forms section of the content manager.

From the pack edit tab we can do other useful things such as setting an expiry on the pack if required.
