How to design the ad for your job
Mandatory Job Design Steps
Click on the Design tab to design your advert.
First of all select the design template that you would like to use for your advert.
Now that you have selected your design template you’re ready to enter the body of your advert. Click on the edit button to enter your advertisement details.
Then set the location and category for your job advert.
Fill out the location and category for your advert like below.
You can optionally set the maximum acceptable distance for your advert. Martian Logic will show you if the applicants for the job fall within the range you set in Kilometres.
Now we can assign the application form we would like to use to our job.
Optional Job Design Steps
Then you can optionally provide customised advert details for the search page. In this example we have changed the job title and description.
This would look like something similar to the below on your job board.
You can optionally add file attachments to your adverts click new attachment, provide some text for the link and then browse your computer for the file you would like to attach.
The internal hiring team denotes the users who have access to the job. You can add users who you want to collaborate on the hiring process for this job here. In this example we are giving Lewis access to collaborate on the job with Ryan.
You can change the hiring manager if needed, this will prepopulate with the user who was selected as the hiring manager in the request to recruit form.
At this point we are ready to post our job so click start posting this job.
