If you have paid for a Criminal History Checks package you will be able to request Criminal History check from a candidate.
There are two ways that you can request a criminal history check within the system.
1. From the Criminal History checks section:

3. Tracking

4. Receive and Store the Results
Once the Criminal History check is completed, the results will show in the candidate’s profile as either Non Disclosable Court Outcomes or Disclosable Court outcomes. If it comes back as Disclosable Court Outcomes, this goes back to the applicant for acceptance or to dispute first.
