Application forms that will be filled out by the candidate when they apply. Also known as screening questions.
To create a new application form go to Account Settings -> Job -> Application forms and click New Application Form.
Then give the form a name and press enter.
We should now have a new application form, click on the new form to edit it.
From here you can edit your application form, for more information on creating questions/fields see the How To Create E-Forms Monday Task.
In this example we will be looking at the auto screen feature which is exclusive to application forms. To demonstrate this we will set up some questions about asking applicants about their working rights. We have set up a simple question asking applicants if they have the right to work in Australia with simple yes or no answers. Auto Screening can only be used on dropdown type fields.
If we hover over the field and click edit. We can set up our auto screen answers.
Then click on the advanced tab and set Auto-Screen to Yes.
Now we can determine which answer we would like to flag. We will select No so that Martian Logic will flag applications that do no possess working rights after they apply.
When you’ve flagged your answer save the field.
When candidates apply for jobs and answer no to possessing working rights their application will be flagged as shown below.
If you looking at their screening questions the system will show you exactly which question/s was flagged.
