You can bulk update agreement data on a per job family basis.
Go to Org Chart -> Agreements.
Then expand the agreement that would like to make bulk updates to. Then click the three dots against the job family you would like to bulk update.
Enter in a percentage amount you would like to increase/decrease the job family by. In this example we will increase the job family rates and salaries by two percent.
You can also choose which columns to affect the percentage increase to. In this example we will apply the two percent increase to all columns.
You will now see a summary of the updates that will be made. If you are happy with it, click on update now.
