Create a new compliance item within your compliance library
This guide can be used immediately for Work Rights Checks, Criminal History Checks or Aged / NDIS Ban Register checks. If you want to create a library item for WWCC, NDIS or any other compliance item, please use the guide below to create the item in a form first before returning to this guide.

Navigate to Compliance -> Library -> "+ Compliance Item"

Select the Compliance Document Type from the list. For any compliance items captured using forms, please select the "Compliance Field" type.

If using "Compliance Field", then select from the "Select Compliance Field" list.

Give the Compliance Item a description to make it easy to identify/assign and then set an expiry type if applicable. Under the Expiry policy configuration area, you can select either an exact expiry date if the compliance item comes with a fixed end date, or specify period if the item is valid for a fixed period of time from the issue date.

Select Create at the bottom of the window once all details have been filled in.
The final step is to make the new compliance item live with the highlighted "Make Live" button shown below.
