Create change of conditions approval workflow form

How to create a change of conditions approval form for an employee, including comparison of their current and proposed values.

To create a change of conditions approval workflow form go to account settings and select Job -> Approval Workflows -> New Requisition.

Give the new approval workflow a name and set the type to Change Of Condition/Cross-boarding and click save.

Just like the How to Create Request to Hire article, we will add the engagement field to the change of conditions form. The engagement field can be found in the position library.

What is unique about the change of conditions form is you can enable the compare values feature on a per field basis.

The compare values icon will turn orange when it is enabled.

As an example, the image below hows the "Current" details of the employee on the left side, while the right side shows the "Proposed" details for the employee.
