This article will cover how to sign and approve contracts/mail merge documents in Martian Logic.
The approver will receive an email and an inbox in their Martian Logic inbox requesting them to approve the contract. Click on Action This Document to approve the contract.
The approver will be able to Approve & Sign or Reject the document. Optionally they can also leave comments, make sure to click post if you leave a comment.
We will approve Sam’s contract when we do so we will get options on how to provide our signature. When you find a signature you like, you can check the Remember Signature check box, so that Martian Logic will automatically attempt to use your saved signature for future document approval requests.
When we have approved and signed Sam’s contract we can see the signature inserted in the appropriate place.
We will also see the digital signature certificate appended to the last page of the candidate’s contract. When the candidate signs the contract their signature will also be inserted into the digital signature certificate.
In Martian Logic the user that send the contract for approval will be notified via email and in their Martian Logic inbox when the contract has been approved. We can see in the candidate’s pack the contract will now have the status approved.
Conclusion
We should have pack that is ready to send to the candidate. A pack is ready to send when any documents that require approval are approved. We can see the status of our pack has changed to Ready to Send.
