In Account Settings, go to Job, then select Recruitment Workflow. Click on the recruitment workflow you wish to update.
Scroll down to the section where you want to add the CHC stage. Click the green plus button and select from the options provided.
You will be prompted to give the stage a name (e.g., Criminal History Check).
Set the milestone as Probity Check(s) (System), then select Next.
On the panel that opens, click Save & Close.
Select Link an action to this stage on the stage card.
You can now click the action Start a Criminal History Check.
Once this is set up, you will be able to move candidates into the Criminal History Check stage.
